(*) Proof of PhD student or student must accompany the application. Send your certification (i.e. letter from the head of the department confirming this status and/or a valid student card) to secretariat@jcm2016ct.com

Registration Rules
The registration fees include participation to the conference program, one accepted paper (at maximum 8 pages), conference kit, proceedings volume printed, coffee breaks and meals at the conference venue, gala dinner and social program.

For each accepted paper, one author must register, pay the registration fee and personally present the paper at the conference.
The full registration will cover one accepted paper.

In case an author wishes to present two accepted papers, the second paper must be registered as an additional paper with an extra fee of € 100.

The accompanying person fee includes coffee breaks and meals at the conference venue, gala dinner and social program.

Registration confirmation
A registration confirmation will be sent by email on receipt of full payment and after validation of the status for reduced fees.

Cash Money in Euros or Bank Cheque (Cheque payable in Italy and to be made out to: Associazione MEDIFORM).

Changes, cancellations and refunds
Changes and cancellations must be sent in writing to Mrs Francesca Campagna, Conference Secretariat JCM2016, at secretariat@jcm2016ct.com.
It is always possible to replace the registered participant, as long as this is communicated before the beginning of the event.
Refunds (less € 50 handling fee) may be obtained for cancellations received up to the 30th of June.
No refunds will be paid for any cancellation made after that date.
In case of dispute, the Court in charge will exclusively be that of Catania.
